My 6 days of Syawwal this year

Assalamualaikum.
Hows everyone? Hows your Eid?
Its the 5th day of Syawwal today and I'm already on my 4th day of fasting. I'm starting with what I had left during Ramadhan. Having to 'pay' 11 days and then fast 6 days of Shawwal, I got to start early. Otherwise I won't be able to cover all this Syawwal.
Why should I rush some might say.
Do your sunnah first then cover what you need to pay, others would add.
You got the rest of the year to do your qadho,a friend told me. Enjoy your Shawwal!

But I choose to do My obligatory fasting first then my sunnah. From my understanding to the Prophets saw saying:

Thawban (Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace be upon him, his family, and companions) said, “Whoever fasts Ramadan, and then six days after Eid, it is [like fasting] an entire year. Whoever does a good deed shall have ten times its reward.” [Ibn Majah, Muntaqa].

The Prophet pbuh did say (“Whoever fasts Ramadan...")
So I want to complete my Ramadhan first before doing my 6 days of Shawwal.
I know there is a hadith telling that Aiasyah radhiyallahu anha did her qadho in Shaaban.
But I still choose to do my qadho first.

I know its a bit tiring. I've done more days a few years back then this year. I struggled but I got through. Just needs some determination thats all. Especially with all the open houses.

One year I had my mens for 14 days. So I only had 14 days of Syawwal to do my fasting. If I fasted all 14 days doing my qadho, there won't be any days left for me to fast my 6 days of Syawwal. So I fasted 8 days of qadho then just had time to fast my 6 days of Syawwal. The remainder I did after that.

So insya Allah I will try my bestest this year to finish my qadho first then do my 6 days of Syawwal.
May Allah ease my way.
