Save Syria-On A Mission To Help Project

     leher mereka.

Mereka terus tabah menghadapi hari-hari yang berlalu.
Namun haruskah kita lihat sahaja penseritaan mereka?
Sepert kata-kata doktor dalam video ini.

"They are killing us in cold blood on a daily basis.

Why are you watching brutal crimes and doing nothing?"

That is why I plan to collect some donations from family and friends.
I call it  "Save Syria-On A Mission To Help Project".
I plan to pass the awareness around and submit whatever donation is collected on a weekly basi.
Two NGOs have been recognized for this mission.
Islamic Relief Malaysia and Global Peace Mission.
I am not collecting on their behalf though. But collections will be passed on to them.

I have talked to person in charge of both respective NGOs.
And hope the word spreads.
If you want to help,do contact me via FB.

May Allah bless you.
May Allah give strength to Syrians.
May Allah topple Assad and his government.

Quotes from Productive Muslim Seminar-Talk to Allah and let Allah talk to you

Mentor for your nafs!

7 Daily Spiritual Productive Habits to Develop

You should aim to develop the following 7 Spiritually Productive activities into habits so that you can hopefully continue benefitting from them throughout your life. I consider these activities as the spiritual ‘bread and butter’ of any ProductiveMuslim. To develop them as habits is the essence of embarking on your journey towards the love of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) and constantly increasing in your eman, inshaAllah:

1) Pray the Sunnah Prayers before and/or after Prayer:

I know it’s easier to just pray the obligatory prayers and rush out of the mosque! However, when we realise the rewards we’re missing from not praying these Sunnah prayers we won’t leave them. Over the years I have learnt there’s only ONE way of getting yourself to pray these Sunnah prayers constantly: Get into the habit of praying them! They’ll soon become part and parcel of your Salah and your Salah will feel incomplete without performing these acts.

2) Remembrance of Allah after Salah:

Again, it’s easy to rush out after Salah due to our busy lives, though if we are honest, how long does it take to recite the supplications after Salah? (The Answer: 5-7 minutes!). If you’re not sure what I’m referring to, you may find the supplications atMakeDua.com. Nowadays you’ll find pocket notebooks/or phone applications with these supplications. Get into the habit of reciting them daily after each Salah to enrich your Salah experience.

3) Morning/Evening Remembrance of Allah:

Step 2 is also included in this habit. There exists a beautiful set of duas/remembrances from the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) which he used to say before sunrise and after sunset. They are true stress relievers and energy boosters which never fail to make my days and evenings feel blessed. [You can find the duas atMakeDua.com]

4) Night Prayer:

Hamdulillah, during Ramadan we have the wonderful Taraweeh prayers to attend. However, outside of Ramadan there are many opportunities to still obtain the reward of the night prayer. If you’re new to night prayer or you don’t pray it constantly during the year, make sure you try to attend prayers each and every night in congregation at the mosque (particularly brothers), and give yourself a ‘no-excuse’ policy. Develop a habit of praying Tahajjud and continuing to pray them for an entire 30 days; this will set you on better footing to continue with the Night Prayer for the rest of the year inshaAllah.

5) Duha Prayer:

Here’s a Productive Muslim’s top secret to a productive day: 2 rak’ahs known as the Duha prayer which you may pray at anytime after sunrise till before the sun reaches it’s zenith (around 30 minutes before Dhuhr). The reward of this prayer is similar to giving charity on behalf of every bone in your body, and the energy and buzz you feel during the day is amazing.

6) Supplications before you Sleep:

You’ve just had a long day and you’re super tired. You climb into bed and you want to hit the sack… but wait! Before you do, can you give yourself just 10 more minutes to recite the supplications before sleeping? That’s all. Try them and find yourself experiencing the most beautiful sleep ever and waking up for Fajr easily, inshaAllah. For more information on waking up for fajr, constantly, everyday, without fail Read How to Wake up for Fajr.

7) Reciting one hour of Quran each day:

Notice: I said here recite one hour of Quran each day and not one juz’ or one Surah. The amount of Quran you read is not as important as the quality of your understanding. If you spend one hour reciting one verse but understand it fully, that’s more important and beneficial then reciting lots of Quran at break-neck speed yet not understanding a word.
So there you go, 7 spiritually productive habits you can develop throughout the year starting from TODAY!

Save Syria-On a mission to help.

Since a few weeks ago I have been sharing videos and infos about Syria. In intention to spread awareness amongs friends about what really is happening there and the sufferings they go through.

And since last week I feel that sharing infos is not sufficient.I need to do more!
And Allah gave me this idea to collect money to send to them.

Its winter...theres no electricity, lack of medication and food which they obviously are really in need of.
With the help of Brother Diaa Al-Juneidi I got to meet Brother Mohammad Abdullatif a Syrian and he gave suggestions to as where I should send the money.

I was so happy bout it but I hadn't had the chance to look through the NGOs mentioned.
But being me when I met Heliza Helmi just now at the Productive Muslim SeminarI just took the chance to tell her bout Syria and my plan to chip in.

Don't ask me why I approached her.Told you my actions do surprise even me!
And after luch I got an envelope from her for contribution.Subhanallah!Praise be to Allah!
And a million thanks to Heliza for believing and trusting me.When I talked to her I was only sharing bout it.

Honestly I didn't expect her to give her contributions there and then!
I thought I would do a kind of formal launching then contact her.
But since I have already got my jumpstar I CANNOT and WILL NOT look back!
So tonight I opened my laptop to contact someone who might be able to help me tgough I was unsure if she could. And suddenly I read Nur Shahidats comment to my thanks to her and the One Heart Creative Solution team for oragnizing this seminar.

Masya Allah...Its like Allah is answering my prayers.
So we discussed a bit and hopefully will come with a poster soon.

And I really do hope that everyone of you can contribute whether you're a student or a already working.
Even if its only RM1!It would mean something to them.
I will update more bout this project soon.

Thanks everyone.I know yo will all support this cause in the name of Allah.
May every Ringgit given open the doors of Barakah in your liives!

Productive Muslim Seminar and Me

When I was first invited to attend the Productive Mulim Seminar I wasn't sure what I would gain. I was actually quite nervous at first. And when Allah put a small hurdle infront of me I almost wanted to walk away.I didn't remember Salman came back this week.Plus I agreed to take in my friends son since she was going for Umrah. And my husband said that I should put the priority on family first. But my tickets were bought for me by my two nieces and turning the down wasn't the most approriate thing to do after they had already paid for the ticket.
Besides I thought it was just another motivational talk.
But I'm thankful that I didn't walk away.
And I would like to thank my two beloved nieces Siti Nahawan Che Ibrahim and Salsabila for giving me the chance to attend. Barakallahulakuma. May Allah bless both of you and your family'
And congratulations to One Heart Creative Solution and Nur Shahidat for a successful seminar biizniLLah.

For what I thought was just a motivational talk was actually more of an Iman booster talk for me.Making me realise my position in front of The All Mighty.
For the first time in my life I was so eager to stand in front of My Lord My Creator.
All praises be to HIM! Allahu Akbar!
Had the chance to meet and talk to the sweet Heliza Helmi.
Even told her our our Kahfi Projects.Sometimes I surprise myself how I brag about it. Huhuhu

Met Maria Elena too and told her how my Shaima' watches her videos on how to wear the shawl.
P/S I made Choc Chip Cuppies and Banana Oat muffins on the first day to share with my nieces and friends and gave some to the Productive Muslim CEO Muhammad Abdullah Faris.May Allah bless him and bestow barakah in his life.
(See...I just keep surprising myself on things I do since I do things spontaneously sometimes.Huhuhu)
My Choc Chip Cuppies
Banana Oat Muffins.Yummy!

Save Syria (4)- Poster

This is a poster I made recently.
Share it if you want.
I really hope you will.

Save Syria (3)

This is song by Sheikh Rashid Mashari.
It tells how he weeps for the sufferings in Syria.
Even when I hear it over and over againeverytime will bring tears to my eyes and heart.
When will all this end?
Allah is the only Assistant. We don't have anyone else but YOU O Allah!

Save Syria (2)

Most recently a journalist for the Sunday Times has been killed in Syria, it was reported today (24/2/2012)
Marie Colvin, an American working for Britain's Sunday Times was killed in the besieged Syrian city of Homs when shells hit the house she was staying in.

She was believed to be staying in the house with French photographer Remi Ochlik, who was also killed in the shelling. Source from EXPRESS.co.uk
That is something very bad and is against international law to kill a journalist. But I do believe they did it on purpose so that people like her do not tell the world what is actually happening in Syria.
Below is a video clip on news that she reported to the CNN.

Save Syria (1)

I haven't done justice to my blog lately.
I have been updating so much about Syria on my FB account on a daily basis but have not put any entries here.
Do you guys actually know whats happening there right now?
Or have you not known anything yet?
I must say I came to know it quite late. But from the day I got to know about whats actually happening in SyriaI have not stopped posting videos and news about it.
My heart weeps everytime I see  or read bout tehm.
But the world must be told the actual truth that has been covered  by the ruling people in Syria.

The movement in Syria against the government of Bashar al-Assad first started following protests in the southern city of Deraa in March and has since spread across the country.
In the early stages, protesters were calling for reform and an end to corruption, but as demonstrations were met with live bullets, the rallies changed tone, calling for the fall of the government.
The United Nations says more than 4,000 people have been killed in the uprising and thousands of others arrested.

Key events in Syria's protest movement:
Dec 7 - Assad denies ordering his troops to kill peaceful demonstrators, telling the US broadcaster ABC that only a "crazy" leader kills his own people.
Dec 5 - Syria says it has conditionally approved an Arab League peace plan. In a letter to the League, Syria rejects foreign interference and demands the annulment of sanctions plus reinstatement in the regional bloc.
Nov 27 - The Arab League agrees to impose economic sanctions on Syria.

Nov 9 - Syrian protesters pelt four opposition leaders with eggs outside Arab League headquarters in Cairo, preventing them from entering the building for talks. The protesters were apparently against the men agreeing to a dialogue with the government.
Nov 2 -  The Syrian government accepts several measures suggested by the Arab League aimed at halting the violence in the country, including the removal of tanks and armoured vehicles from the streets, the release of prisoners, and allowing the Arab League and media access to report on the situation.
Nov 1 - NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen rules out the possibility of military intervention in Syria.
Oct 30 -  Assad warns of an "earthquake" if the West intervenes in his country. In an interview with Britain's Sunday Telegraphnewspaper, he says international involvement would risk transforming Syria into "another Afghanistan". He also stresses Syria is key to keeping the peace in the region.
Oct 16 - The Arab League announces that it plans to bring together Syria's government and opposition groups to seek ways to end the violence in the country.
Oct 11 - Syria's most senior Sunni Muslim cleric warns the US and Europe that his country would unleash suicide bomb attacks in their countries if they launched military strikes against Syria.

"I say to the whole of Europe, I say to America: We will prepare our suicide bombers who are already with you if you
bombard Syria or Lebanon," Mufti Ahmad Hassoun, whose son was shot dead a week earlier, told a Lebanese delegation.

Oct 7 - Syria says that a national investigation is under way into killings, including those of 1,100 security forces, but denies allegations that loyalist forces had shot soldiers refusing to fire on protesters.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev says Syria's leaders should step down if they cannot enact reforms, but warns the West not to try to push President Assad from power.
Oct 4 - Russia and China join forces and veto a European-drafted UN Security Council resolution condemning Syria.

Syria accuses the US of inciting violence against its security forces and says it will confront what it described as attempts to interfere in its domestic affairs.

Sep 15 - A group of Syrian activists form a Syrian National Council in Istanbul, Turkey, representing a united front in opposition to the Syrian government, marking the six-month anniversary of the beginning of the uprising.

July 15 - More than a million people take to the streets, according to activists.
July 10 - The main opposition groups boycott talks with the government and say they will not negotiate till Assad stops the violent crackdown and frees thousands of political prisoners.

June 27 - Syrian intellectuals call for sweeping political change at a rare conference allowed by the authorities.

June 20 - In his third speech since protests began, Assad pledges to pursue a national dialogue on reform. Assad says dialogue could lead to a new constitution and even end his Baath party's monopoly on power, but refuses to reform Syria amid "chaos".
June 17 - Syrian tycoon Rami Makhlouf, a cousin of the president who to many Syrians give the widespread corruption a face, says he is quitting business.

Semalam...

Tapi entahlah...
Apa yang berlaku semalam memang datang tanpa saya nampak kelibatnya.
Tiba-tiba je...dushhh!!.
Saya tersalah lagi.Tapi saya tak akan terus menghukum diri.
And theres no turning back.
Ianya tidak akan membantu.
Saya hanya mampu berdoa agar Allah memimpin saya.
Walau apa pun outcomenya.
Biarlah dunia menolak saya sekalipun, asalkan DIA sentiasa bersama saya.Saya akan terus bertahan.

SMILE...!

Smile..and the world will smile back to you!
Even if they don't...just keep smiling,
Coz a smile is a sadaqah...

Cukuplah Allah Bagiku

Bila orang baling sesuatu kepada kita...

tarik nafas,senyum

 dan kembalikan kepadanya dengan doa.

 Allah Maha Kaya.

Cukuplah DIA bagi kita.

Tips Kahwin Muda Dan Cara Berhadapan Dengan Ibu Bapa
